I was mesmerized by the sunlight coming through the leaves of some old grey birch trees. Looking up through trees branches towards the sky can be so relaxing. I shot several pictures of the wonderful summer scene and later edited "Grey Birch" to give it a stained glass, artistic feel.

I am an artist and photographer obsessed by creativity. My artwork has primarily been in pencil, colored pencil,oil,acrylic and watercolor painting. I love to capture the beauty around me with photography. At two I was drawing, in high school I was able to major in an art concentration of study, and later graduated from college with a B.A. in Fine Art. I love the countryside, the woods and nature. These things and subjects which "touch my heart" are my inspiration. To me, all creation...
