"On The Fourth Of July", is a photograph, by Joy Nichols, edited with watercolor process and texture. Taken early one morning near the fourth of July, an American flag flies from the porch of a rustic Maine cabin. A sense of peacefulness at daybreak rests on the scene as the mist rises and the day begins.
About Joy Nichols
I am an artist and photographer obsessed by creativity. My artwork has primarily been in pencil, colored pencil,oil,acrylic and watercolor painting. I love to capture the beauty around me with photography. At two I was drawing, in high school I was able to major in an art concentration of study, and later graduated from college with a B.A. in Fine Art. I love the countryside, the woods and nature.
